This 1-day course is an intensive introduction to some of the core fundamentals you’ll need to manage people.
Created for people who are new to managing people and teams the course includes: Setting and managing performance, 1:1’s, Career growth & goal setting conversations, team dynamics & tools, and time focussed on specific manager challenges.
