Skills Workshops
Focused sessions that will help you and your team develop some of the core skills required to create a more collaborative, productive, growth-ready workplace. These are short, interactive sessions on one specific skill or topic. Each workshop will provide participants with specific tools, know-how, practice and a plan to implement what you learn.

1:1 Coaching
The growth of your organisation often results in changing expectations, roles and leadership needs. 1:1 coaching sessions are focused on your unique challenges and ambitions, and help you make lasting professional and personal progress. With my support our sessions will always have a clear focus to help you achieve your outcomes.

Leadership & Team Development
As your team grows things change. People expect different things from you and from each other. Team or leadership development experiences will delve much deeper than a skills workshop across a broader range of topics. They will go beyond developing one specific skill, and focus on the behaviours, mindset and commitment required to implement new ways of working. They can improve how you communicate, help maintain productive relationships and create lasting change. The learning will extend far beyond the end of the course.
2 days to a multi-session experience
Leading With Purpose
Leading with Purpose is an immersive, multi-day cohort programme for people who
lead teams and/or small organizations. Participants will learn, discuss, and reflect upon effective leadership and management practices. Cohorts will be made up of participants from a range of backgrounds, and businesses with the intention of creating space for diverse ideas and opinions. Currently running successfully in Boston MA, untapp is excited to partner with Laura Parrott of LPLP and offer a UK version of the programme in 2019.
